Contract Product Manager - Growth & Optimisation

We're looking for a results-driven Product Manager with a sharp focus on growth and optimisation to join a fast-paced digital team for an immediate 8-week contract. ?? What You'll Be Doing-
Lead growth-focused initiatives across digital products to improve conversion, retention, and engagement.

Work closely with UX, engineering, and analytics teams to identify friction points and test hypotheses.

Own and optimise key user journeys, with a focus on improving KPIs across web and mobile.

Run A/B tests, rapid experiments, and continuous iteration to validate and scale improvements.

Use qualitative and quantitative data to drive prioritisation and ROI-focused decision making.

Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong CRO/growth focus.

Excellent grasp of analytics, experimentation, and user behaviour tools (e.g., GA4, Hotjar, Amplitude).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a remote setting.

Experience in fast-paced digital or eCommerce environments.

Comfortable jumping into an existing roadmap and quickly delivering value.
