Senior Salesforce Administrator (Service Cloud)

12-month Contract | Outside IR35 | £375-416/day | Hybrid (2x a week in London)

We're supporting a major European travel organisation on the search for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join their team on an initial 12-month contract.
/n
This is a hands-on role for someone who calls themselves a Service Cloud expert and enjoys working in a collaborative environment where quality, best practice and continuous improvement are valued.
/n
You'll play a key role in the ongoing enhancement of the Service Cloud platform, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions while ensuring robust deployment and release processes.

What you'll be doing
/n
/n
- /n
Leading configuration and enhancement of Salesforce Service Cloud.
/n
- /n
Managing the deployment lifecycle using modern DevOps practices.
/n
- /n
Preparing, validating and deploying changes safely across Salesforce environments.
/n
- /n
Working with GitHub and Gearset to manage source control and deployments.
/n
- /n
Collaborating with technical and business teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
/n
- /n
Identifying and helping reduce technical debt across the platform.
/n
- /n
Supporting continuous improvement and platform optimisation.
/n

What we're looking for
/n
/n
- /n
Extensive Salesforce Administration experience with deep expertise in Service Cloud.
/n
- /n
Strong understanding of DevOps and modern deployment practices.
/n
- /n
Commercial experience using GitHub and Gearset.
/n
- /n
Experience comparing environments, managing source control and deploying changes safely into production.
/n
- /n
Knowledge of Einstein AI capabilities within Salesforce.
/n
- /n
Experience building solutions using clicks not code, including Flows and declarative automation.
/n
- /n
Understanding of CTI integrations and contact centre environments.
/n
- /n
Comfortable working across both functional and technical discussions.
/n
- /n
Someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative, friendly team and brings a positive attitude as well as strong technical capability.
