This fast-paced eCommerce business specialises in personalised products and is looking for a Pricing Analyst to join their team.

The team has existing pricing models in place, but there is a need for someone to step in quickly, validate and optimise these, and help bring structure, clarity, and collaboration to the function.

You will join the team to support the ongoing execution of pricing strategy, working closely with a Senior Pricing Analyst and central planning stakeholders. This role will focus on maintaining momentum, validating existing models, and supporting day-to-day pricing and performance analysis. While model building is a bonus, the priority is ensuring current processes are understood, documented, and effectively utilised.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Validating and sense-checking existing pricing models
  • Supporting day-to-day operational pricing analysis
  • Measuring the impact of pricing tests and experiments
  • Analysing performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation
  • Working closely with stakeholders to improve collaboration and transparency
  • Supporting the rollout and execution of pricing strategy
  • Contributing to documentation and improving understanding of existing models

You'll play a key role in helping the business move from strategy into execution, ensuring pricing insights are actionable and clearly understood across the team.

Your skills and experience:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in a Pricing Analyst role
  • Strong Excel and SQL skills
  • Experience working with large datasets (Snowflake or similar)
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring performance and test impact
  • Ability to work at pace in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative approach
  • Background in eCommerce or retail environments

Desirable:

  • Experience building or maintaining pricing models
  • Python or R experience

Soft skills:

  • Clear and proactive communicator
  • Collaborative and transparent in your approach
