What you'll tackle-
Analyse client demand & respondent behaviour to spot revenue, margin and completion-rate gains.

Build regression, clustering and causal models for pricing, yield and segmentation.

Produce dashboards/BAU reports tracking incentive spend, survey health and profit drivers.

Design & interpret A/B tests on incentives and matching logic; recommend refinements.

Turn insights into pricing rules, contract tweaks and product changes alongside Commercial, Product and Engineering.
Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) · SQL · Azure (migration in flight) · BI (Power BI/Tableau useful).
Ideal background-
3-5 yrs (Minimum) analytics in trading, marketplace, media or e-commerce settings.

Strong SQL and Python for big-data wrangling & modelling.

Solid grasp of statistics, pricing or yield optimisation.

Clear, concise communicator who can translate numbers into action.

Curious mindset-happy to reverse-engineer legacy logic and propose smarter approaches.
