This is a high impact role within a newly formed pricing and promotions analytics team, created to meet growing demand for smarter, data led commercial decision making. You will sit at the centre of pricing strategy, combining hands on analytics with senior stakeholder influence and leadership responsibility.

This team has strong visibility across the business and works closely with senior commercial leaders on high profile initiatives.
The Role
- Lead pricing and promotions analysis to support business wide commercial decisions
- Analyse competitor pricing and recommend data led responses
- Deliver clear, impactful pricing performance insight to senior stakeholders
- Support pricing resets, optimisation initiatives and test and learn activity
- Apply advanced analytics including regression modelling and incrementality analysis
- Translate commercial questions into robust analytical approaches and recommendations
- Contribute to the development of AI enabled pricing analytics capability
- Work closely with pricing leadership and SLT facing teams
- Use SQL and Python to interrogate data and generate commercial insight
- Line manage and develop a junior analyst
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial and pricing analytics experience within fast paced environments
- Deep expertise in SQL and solid working knowledge of Python
- Experience with pricing analytics, pricing elasticity or promotional optimisation
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision making
- Comfortable operating in visible teams where priorities can shift quickly
