The Company

You will work closely with senior leadership to shape the future direction of the data function and deliver measurable business impact.
The Role and Deliverables
- Define and execute the organisation's data and AI strategy.
- Lead cross-functional teams across data engineering, analytics, data science, and AI.
- Establish governance frameworks, operating models, and best practices.
- Drive the delivery of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics initiatives.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to identify and prioritise high-value use cases.
- Build a scalable data capability that supports long-term business objectives.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong leadership experience across data, analytics, and AI functions.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver enterprise-wide data transformation programmes.
- Experience implementing AI and machine learning solutions within a commercial environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
- Knowledge of modern cloud data platforms, data architecture, and governance frameworks.
- Experience within retail, e-commerce, or consumer-focused organisations.
