Head of Data Analytics
£90,000-£110,000 + 10-20% bonus | Remote
A growing B2B organisation is looking for a Head of Data Analytics to lead its analytics function and turn customer data into actionable commercial insight.
The Role
- Lead and develop a team of 3 analysts
- Drive customer targeting, segmentation and campaign analytics
- Identify commercial opportunities through data
- Support marketing and sales campaigns across multiple channels
- Use SQL and Power BI to deliver meaningful insights
- Present recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Help shape the wider data and analytics strategy
About You
- 5+ years' experience in data/analytics
- Strong marketing analytics background
- Strong SQL and Power BI skills
- Experience with campaign analytics, targeting or segmentation
- Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading or mentoring analysts
Location: Fully remote once onboarded, with 3 days per week in the office (Rippendon) during onboarding.
Salary: £90,000-£110,000 + 10-20% bonus.
