About the Role
We are looking for a
Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team and play a key role in shaping our web applications.
You will work closely with our growth and editor teams to build high-performance, scalable, and modern frontend solutions.
The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in React and Next. js, understands modern frontend architectures, and can contribute meaningfully as a hands-on developer and technical leader.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain complex, scalable frontend applications using React and Next. js.
- Implement modern state management solutions such as Redux Toolkit (RTK) or alternatives.
- Leverage and contribute to modern design systems
(e. g., Shad CN) instead of building UI kits from scratch.
- Work on long-running jobs and async client-side operations , ensuring smooth user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth-focused engineering solutions .
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other developers.
What We're Looking For
Deep expertise in React, Next. js, and frontend best practices.
- Strong experience with modern state management solutions
(Redux Toolkit, Zustand, etc.).
- Familiarity with design systems and UI libraries (Shad CN, Radix UI, or similar).
- Ability to demonstrate complex, real-world project experience rather than just theoretical knowledge.
- Experience with handling long-running jobs and async operations in frontend applications.
- A pragmatic problem solver with a passion for building high-quality user experiences.
Full-stack experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset .
