Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to support both operational and analytical workflows Ensure data integrity and reliability by applying best practices in validation and quality assurance Investigate and resolve data issues as they arise, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions Lead and support data migration projects, modernising legacy systems through cloud-based technologies Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver effective, data-driven solutions Continuously improve internal tools and processes to streamline data operations Proven experience as a Data Engineer or Software Engineer with strong data architecture knowledge Proficient in Python or SQL, with the ability to transform and analyze complex datasets Solid experience with Kafka for stream processing and AWS (especially Redshift and S3) Skilled in implementing testing strategies to ensure consistent data quality Familiar with version control systems like Git and experienced in collaborative, agile environments
