£400 per day (Outside IR35) 3-month Contract London Hybrid - 4 days in the office (Mon-Thurs)

This short-term contract offers the opportunity to take ownership of pricing and customer analytics within a highly consumer-focused environment. You will work hands-on with data to influence commercial decisions, operating at pace within a business where customer behaviour and pricing performance are critical.

They are a well-established, consumer-facing organisation operating at scale within a fast-moving B2C environment. Customer experience, pricing strategy and data-driven decision making sit at the heart of how they operate. The business combines large volumes of transactional data with a practical, action-oriented culture. Contractors are expected to integrate quickly and deliver tangible outcomes.

The Role and Deliverables

  • Analyse customer and transactional data to support pricing and commercial decisions.
  • Work with existing pricing models and algorithms, assessing performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver customer and pricing insights using SQL and BI tools.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track customer behavioural metrics and pricing performance.
  • Work directly within core systems and ERP tools, taking a hands-on approach with minimal delegation.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong industry experience within entertainment, hospitality or retail, with a heavy B2C focus.
  • Deep capability in pricing analytics and customer analytics.
  • Solid understanding of customer behavioural metrics and how they influence pricing strategy.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of common pricing models and pricing algorithms.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Strong experience using Power BI or Tableau for insight delivery.
  • Python or similar analytical languages are beneficial but not essential.
