A well-known retailer with a large online presence is looking for a Customer Analytics Manager to take ownership of their Insights roadmap.
This role is responsible for analysing and interpreting customer and consumer insights across the UK and Ireland. You'll work across both qualitative and quantitative data, alongside competitor analysis, to help shape and improve the overall customer experience. The position covers the full insight lifecycle - from insight generation and market share analysis to NPS tracking - ultimately delivering clear, actionable recommendations to the business. This is an individual contributor role, with no line management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and drive the insights roadmap
- Deliver customer and consumer insight across BAU activity
- Translate data into actionable business recommendations
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with Power BI
- Background in a customer-focused, digital or app-led business (e.g. Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Booking.com, ASOS, or similar high-volume online platforms)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present insights to non-technical audiences
The team operates in a lean, fast-paced environment, so they're looking for someone who can be both hands-on and strategic, and comfortable working with data at scale.
