The Business Intelligence Analyst will:
- Lead scoping sessions with business stakeholders to define reporting and insight requirements
- Design and deliver dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Translate complex business needs into practical BI solutions
- Work closely with data engineering and architecture colleagues to ensure robust data models
- Manage ongoing stakeholder relationships and respond to ad hoc analysis requests
Strong commercial experience in business intelligence and reporting is required, along with advanced SQL capability and hands-on Power BI experience, including DAX. Experience working within a collaborative BI or data team environment is essential. Exposure to financial services or another regulated industry is beneficial but not essential.
