Sitting within a centralised Business Intelligence function, you will play a key role in shaping how data is used across the business, influencing decisions at pace and delivering insight that genuinely drives value.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use SQL to explore data, build well structured datasets and deliver repeatable analysis
- Design, build and maintain dashboards using modern BI tools such as Tableau or similar
- Deliver recurring MI and reporting to support commercial, operational and risk decisions
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual reporting processes
- Support performance monitoring across key business domains
- Translate business requirements into clearly defined and documented metrics
- Contribute to improving data quality, modelling standards and the wider semantic layer
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong commercial experience in a BI Analyst, Data Analyst or Reporting Analyst role
- Advanced SQL skills, including joins, aggregations and complex queries
- Experience building data models and transformations, ideally using dbt
- Exposure to semantic modelling, star schemas or Kimball style methodologies
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker
- Comfortable working with stakeholders and explaining insight to non technical audiences
- A value driven mindset with clear examples of impact from your analysis
