There are two Product Owner opportunities available within the team - one focused on their core B2B Customer Acquisition Platform (CAP), and one leading on B2C consumer-facing web platforms.
B2B Product Owner Role
The B2B Product Owner will take ownership of the business' proprietary Customer Acquisition Platform (CAP), a data-driven solution used by both internal teams and external automotive clients. The platform processes large volumes of customer data daily, integrating with client CRM systems, performing AI-powered lead validation, and enabling complex data pipelines across multiple client environments.
- Own and manage the B2B product roadmap for CAP across platform development, integrations, and client delivery.
- Partner directly with automotive clients to understand commercial needs, technical requirements, and product priorities.
- Lead cross-functional squads across development, data science, and client services to deliver product features and system enhancements.
- Oversee platform operations and lead processing, ensuring platform reliability, system uptime, and data accuracy.
- Deliver technical innovation across machine learning-based lead scoring, CRM integration, data validation, and social platform connections.
- Take responsibility for long-term platform scalability and international market readiness.
B2C Product Owner Role
The B2C Product Owner will focus on the optimisation of customer-facing digital products that feed into CAP, driving increased consumer engagement and conversion. This role offers greater creative freedom with a direct focus on improving website experience, acquisition funnels, and data capture processes.
- Manage roadmaps for consumer-facing websites across UX, CRO, and SEO initiatives.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing and conversion experiments to improve website engagement and data capture.
- Drive traffic growth, improved lead quality, and higher conversion through continuous site enhancements.
- Lead cross-functional product delivery squads, ensuring data-driven decision making and stakeholder alignment.
- Optimise consumer data flows and quality before integration into core B2B CAP platform.
Strong commercial mindset with a focus on lead generation, performance marketing, or customer acquisition. Hands-on experience with product roadmapping, backlog management, and sprint planning. Data-driven with strong understanding of platform metrics, reporting, and performance optimisation. Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams across engineering, data, and commercial teams. Automotive sector experience. Prior experience with CRM integrations, AI-powered lead scoring or validation processes. Experience across SEO, CRO, UX or acquisition funnel optimisation (B2C focus). Exposure to martech platforms, SaaS products, or lead management systems.
