- Proactively assess capability gaps within the team and define practical upskilling/training approaches.
- Support migration understanding: provide guidance on transitioning reporting from Qlik to Power BI (where relevant).
- Champion best practices across data modelling, DAX, visual design, and governance.
- Collaborate independently with stakeholders, taking initiative to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Data visualisation & UX excellence - builds intuitive, polished, and business-friendly dashboards.
- Microsoft Fabric awareness - understands key components and how Power BI integrates with them.
- SQL proficiency - able to work confidently with underlying data sources.
- Coaching & training experience - proven ability to:

- Deliver structured and ad-hoc learning
- Provide ongoing mentoring and support
- Strong communication skills - able to explain complex concepts clearly to non-experts.
- Proactive mindset - identifies gaps and drives improvements without direction.
