As a Lead Credit Risk Analyst, you will develop and optimise lending strategies across an existing customer portfolio, balancing commercial growth with responsible lending. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement lending, affordability and credit limit strategies.
- Analyse portfolio performance to identify risks and commercial opportunities.
- Design and evaluate strategy tests to improve customer outcomes.
- Deliver portfolio analysis, MI and customer trend reporting.
- Work closely with modelling teams to implement strategic changes.
- Support the rollout of a new behavioural scorecard and credit decisioning system.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
