The Role
- Serve as the commercial lead for the digital subscription offering.
- Define the strategic vision and market position for the streaming subscription proposition.
- Lead the commercial roadmap across pricing, packaging, go-to-market strategy, and customer lifecycle.
- Steer revenue growth and enhance P&L performance through clear strategy and effective commercial levers.
- Own end-to-end growth initiatives across acquisition, retention, churn reduction, and lifetime value optimisation.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Data, Finance, Audience Insight, and Editorial teams to drive digital-first growth.
- Harness data, experimentation, and customer behaviour insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Influence senior stakeholders and bring multiple teams together behind unified growth objectives.
