Senior Engagement Manager £This is a high impact opportunity to shape and lead complex analytics consulting engagements within a growing advisory capability. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across financial services, helping organisations unlock commercial value through data driven decision making while building a scalable consulting practice. They are a global organisation with a strong presence in data, analytics and risk solutions, supporting clients across a range of industries including financial services, retail and telecommunications. They promote a collaborative and inclusive culture with a focus on long term impact. As a Senior Engagement Partner, you will lead end to end analytics consulting engagements, combining client leadership with hands on delivery oversight and commercial ownership. Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, guiding decision making and building trusted partnerships. Drive business development activities including proposals, pitches and account growth. Shape analytics solutions across modelling, experimentation, data extraction and visualization. Translate analytical insights into commercial outcomes across areas such as risk, pricing, fraud and customer strategy. Develop consulting frameworks, reusable assets and delivery playbooks. Support the growth of the consulting practice through hiring, mentoring and capability building. Strong commercial experience within analytics consulting, ideally within banking, fintech or payments. Experience delivering data driven solutions that drive measurable business impact. Solid understanding of credit risk, portfolio management or regulatory environments. Experience working with analytics tools and modern data stacks such as SQL, Python or cloud platforms. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with executive level audiences. Commercial acumen with experience contributing to revenue growth and pipeline development. Salary between £100,000 - £120,000 - depending on experience
