The Role

  • Act as the senior lead on analytics driven consulting engagements, owning delivery from problem definition through to value realisation.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, guiding decision making and shaping strategic direction.
  • Design and oversee analytical approaches across data extraction, modelling, experimentation, and insight generation.
  • Translate analytics into commercial impact across areas such as growth, risk, fraud, pricing, and customer experience.
  • Lead opportunity development including discovery, proposals, and commercial scoping to support account growth.
  • Contribute to the development of consulting frameworks, delivery playbooks, and reusable assets.
  • Mentor and develop consulting and analytics talent, supporting the growth of a high performing practice.

  • Strong commercial experience leading analytics or data driven consulting engagements within financial services.
  • Proven ability to own complex, multi stakeholder programmes and deliver tangible business outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of credit risk, regulatory environments, and portfolio management.
  • Confidence shaping analytical solutions and engaging with technical teams across modern data stacks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the presence to influence senior leaders.
  • Commercial mindset with experience supporting pipeline growth, pricing, and margin management.
