Lead Analyst – Supply Chain & Operations?? London (2 days/week in-office)?? £90,000 + benefits
A fast-growing, purpose-led eCommerce business is looking for a Lead Analyst to drive transformation across its supply chain and operations. Backed by private equity and scaling internationally, the company is focused on building a more sustainable and customer-first model in the second-hand goods space.
The RoleAs the Lead Analyst for Supply Chain & Operations, you'll take ownership of key analytics across stock, fulfillment, shipping, and warehouse performance. You'll work hands-on with SQL, Python, and BI tools to run experiments, model operational performance, and guide strategic decisions. You'll also mentor a junior analyst and have the opportunity to grow your role as the team scales.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze stock levels, warehouse efficiency, and supply performance

Run A/B tests to improve operational processes (e.g. fulfillment, inventory management)

Optimize costs-particularly around logistics and postage

Investigate supplier models (bulk, direct, consignment)
