A global marketing and media analytics business is looking for a Lead Analyst - Director of Econometrics to play a key role in building and growing a newly established UK-based data science function. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who combines deep technical MMM expertise with strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
The Role
- You'll lead the delivery of Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) projects for a range of clients, while helping shape the direction and capabilities of a growing data science team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, building and implementing MMM solutions from scratch
- Using open-source MMM frameworks such as Google Meridian, Robyn and PyMC
- Leading end-to-end client delivery, from model development through to recommendations and business impact
- Ensuring models are robust, reliable and commercially relevant
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting insights and strategic recommendations
- Balancing hands-on modelling work with project leadership and stakeholder engagement
- Mentoring and managing junior team members
- Contributing to the growth and development of the wider data science function
