The Role

- Establish standards and best practices across analytics, reporting, and measurement.
- Support revenue growth through client development and new business opportunities.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align data initiatives with business goals.
- Develop and mentor practice leads and senior specialists.
- Present data strategies and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
- Contribute to the organisation's presence within the data and analytics market.
Your Skills & Experience
- Leadership experience across multiple data disciplines.
- Strong understanding of analytics, measurement, BI, and data services.
- Ability to lead technical teams and support delivery quality.
- Experience implementing AI-enabled processes or transformation programmes.
- Commercial awareness and experience supporting business growth.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
