This role is with a very unique FinTech who are paving a new path in the lending space. They have grown significantly over the past few years and are well established and set for the future. This role offers the opportunity to lead the Credit Risk function and define the future growth of the business.

THE ROLE

  • Developing and building out their credit risk strategy and wider function
  • Assessing existing lending policies and customer strategies to enhance performance
  • Lead underwriting analysis, affordability assessments and wider decision analytics
  • Working closely with stakeholders and C-suite to drive the future direction of the business

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working with Mortgages or Property Finance is essential
  • Holistic experience across credit strategy, policy, underwriting, product etc
  • Ideal to come from a smaller FinTech/lending business and experience in a faster-paced environment
  • Passionate about business growth and ambitious for future success
