The Role
You will sit within the consulting team, working closely with clients to design, deliver, and analyse experimentation programmes that improve user experience and conversion performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading CRO ideation, hypothesis creation, and test planning across client accounts
- Owning end-to-end experiment delivery, from documentation through to analysis and insight
- Interpreting test results and producing clear, actionable recommendations and presentation decks
- Running regular client check-ins and collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, product, and analytics
- Managing workflows and time tracking using Jira-based tools
- Working alongside other consultants as the team continues to scale
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience in CRO, experimentation, or optimisation
- Confidence designing and analysing A/B and multivariate tests
- Experience working with experimentation tools
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
- A data-driven mindset, with experience translating analysis into practical recommendations
- Background from agency, consultancy, vendor, or in-house environments is all considered
- Exposure to digital analytics and UX is highly valued
