This is a newly created Ecommerce Analyst role offering the chance to take real ownership of insight in a fast-growing, product-led ecommerce business. You will play a key role in shaping how data is used to drive trading, acquisition and customer decisions, with visibility across senior stakeholders and the freedom to influence how analytics is done.

Ecommerce sits at the heart of their commercial strategy, supported by significant investment in paid media and digital channels. The business is highly data-aware and is now looking to strengthen insight by appointing a dedicated ecommerce analytics specialist.

The Role

You will act as the central owner of ecommerce reporting and analysis, moving the business from fragmented data to clear, actionable insight. Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning ecommerce performance reporting and building scalable dashboards used across the business
  • Analysing trading performance, traffic, conversion and customer journeys
  • Evaluating paid media performance across key digital channels and supporting attribution understanding
  • Identifying opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and commercial outcomes
