We're partnering with a growing UK eCommerce business looking to bring its digital marketing expertise in-house. This is a hands-on role with ownership of PPC and SEO, offering the opportunity to shape the digital acquisition strategy and grow the function over time.
The Role
- You'll lead digital acquisition across paid search and organic channels, driving traffic, lead generation, and commercial performance.
- Key areas:
- Managing Google Ads and Performance Max campaigns
- Leading SEO strategy across product categories
- Improving conversion rates and campaign performance
- Analytics, tracking and attribution
- CRM integration and marketing reporting
- Building a scalable digital growth roadmap
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on Google Ads and PPC experience
- SEO experience within eCommerce or product-led businesses
- Experience with analytics, tracking and attribution
- Commercial mindset focused on ROI and lead generation
- CRM/Salesforce integration experience
- Server-side tracking (e.g. Stape) desirable
- Construction, B2B or technical product experience beneficial
