THE ROLE
You will join a compact US-focused Data Science team, taking full ownership of the end-to-end model lifecycle. This isn’t a traditional "build and hand off" role; you will manage everything from data collection to feature engineering, model development, testing, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:

- Build automation for lending decisions and support acquisition and verification models for credit cards.
- Create forecasting and marketing models to support customer segmentation and growth strategies.
- Own the full modelling process, from raw data through deployment, without separate engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure models are robust, actionable, and scalable.
- Continuously improve modelling approaches as volumes and portfolios expand.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years’ experience in ML modelling, ideally with customer prediction models (forecasting, segmentation, pricing).
- Open to candidates from any sector, though financial services, insurance, or gambling is a plus.
- Strong academics - STEM degree from a top university; PhD candidates considered.
- Highly independent, able to own and deliver projects end-to-end.
- Smart, adaptable, and excited to work in a fast-paced, international expansion environment.
