Our client is seeking a Data Governance Manager to lead the design and delivery of a unified data governance framework across UK, US, and Canada operations. This role will play a key part in their ongoing data transformation programme, ensuring the delivery of compliant, high-quality, fit-for-purpose data to end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and embed a global data governance framework
- Collaborate with technology, data, and business teams to ensure effective, compliant data sharing
- Define and implement policies, procedures, and data standards across CAF entities
- Integrate Microsoft Purview into governance workflows
- Lead data quality improvement initiatives
- Establish KPIs to measure governance effectiveness
- Design and deliver internal data governance training
