We are looking for a Data BI Analyst to join a growing data function, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand reporting, analytics, and data requirements. You will play a key role in delivering business intelligence solutions, developing dashboards and reports, improving data quality, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The role combines stakeholder engagement, business analysis, data modelling, and reporting, offering the opportunity to contribute to both operational and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong experience in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar analytics-focused role.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience extracting, manipulating, and analysing data from relational databases.
- Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Understanding of data modelling principles, including dimensional modelling and star schema design.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Knowledge of ETL processes, data integration, and data quality management.
- Experience creating and maintaining data dictionaries, business glossaries, and data governance documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
