Data Analyst (Digital)

A great opportunity to join a leading beauty retailer as a Data Analyst
THE COMPANY
The business is a leading beauty retailer and e-commerce brand and they are looking to hire a Data Analyst specialising in Digital Analytics.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Write and optimize BigQuery SQL scripts for GA4 analysis, integrating back-end data to segment and analyze customer data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and weekly/monthly reports to track KPIs related to performance, engagement, A/B testing, traffic, conversion rates, and marketing effectiveness.
- Use data visualization tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio) to create actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Engage in data modeling to ensure data structures align with business goals.
Utilize digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Quantum Metric to deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of data while translating findings into strategic recommendations.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong experience in SQL, GA4 and Data Visualisation
- Experience in Big Query (in context of exporting GA data into BigQuery in order to produce dashboards with said data)
- Exposure to Google Tag Manager
- Strong understanding of web and app data
- Digital/E-Commerce background
