We are hiring a Customer Insights and Strategy Transformation Lead to define and connect the customer insight vision across analytics, BI and self service reporting. This role blends strategic direction with hands on delivery, ensuring insight directly shapes customer outcomes and commercial decisions. This is a high visibility opportunity to sit at the centre of data, insight and decision making. You will have real influence over how customer insight is used across the organisation, with the mandate to improve ways of working, build scalable capability and raise confidence in data as a strategic asset.
