This is a high-impact CRO Developer contract where you will play a pivotal role in accelerating experimentation and conversion performance across a well-established digital product. The Role and Deliverables:

  • Own and deliver a CRO and experimentation roadmap across web and digital touchpoints.
  • Design, build, and implement A/B and multivariate tests using modern experimentation platforms.
  • Work hands-on with front-end code to deploy experiments in a React and Next.js environment.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to identify and prioritise high-impact tests.
  • Analyse experiment performance using web analytics tools and translate results into actionable insight.
  • Contribute new ideas and optimisation opportunities across the wider customer journey, including non-web channels where relevant.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience as a front-end developer with a focus on CRO and experimentation.
  • Proven capability working in data-led optimisation or experimentation environments.
  • Deep understanding of web analytics and experiment measurement, including tools such as GA4 or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with CRO platforms such as VWO, Optimizely, GrowthBook, or equivalent.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, hands-on teams with minimal onboarding.
  • Background in agency, marketplace, or high-growth digital businesses is highly relevant.
