The Role
- Build and manage targeted contact lists to support email campaigns, outreach activity, and direct communications
- Produce clear, client-ready reports using charts, graphs, and data visualisations

- Carry out data cleansing and de-duplication to improve database performance
- Support inbox management, resolving user queries related to account setup and access
