An exciting opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Executive to join a growing data team within a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation. In this role, you will support the delivery of multi-channel communication campaigns across a varied client base, while helping to maintain and grow a large-scale database. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong Excel skills, and is looking to develop within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create bespoke contact lists to support campaigns including email marketing, outbound calling, and direct mail
- Assist in producing client-ready reports, incorporating charts, graphs, and visual insights
- Manage ongoing CRM/database maintenance, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Carry out data cleansing, deduplication, and validation tasks
- Provide support in managing inbox queries, assisting users with account set-up and troubleshooting
- Contribute to the continuous growth and improvement of the database
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years' experience in a data-focused or analytical role
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Advanced Excel skills, including: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Data deduplication matching, Fuzzy matching, Macros
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp or similar) is advantageous
