CREDIT RISK MANAGER – POINT OF SALE
£100,000 + PENSION + BONUS
LONDON
A very successful financial lending institution in the UK who are widely known to be one of the most successful FinTechs operating in the market is recruiting a new Manager/Senior Manager in their credit risk department. The role will involve leading a product area.
THE COMPANY
This financial institution is based in London. They are a fast-paced FinTech lender who cover multiple lending products on the consumer side. They are leading in this field and are known to be a great place to work and develop in further.
THE ROLE
Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead on acquisition strategy for Point of Sale (POS) finance products
- Spearhead the rollout of a new retail finance solution, ensuring robust post-launch performance tracking and strategic refinement.
- Lead the transition of a major embedded finance offering to an upgraded technology platform.
- Design and implement strategies leveraging new product capabilities, including upfront payment options and SKU-level basket insights.
- Accelerate growth of multi-partner credit solutions, expanding reach through strategic alliances with major financial institutions.
- Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships across Risk, Commercial, Data Science, Treasury, and other core teams to support delivery.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience working on a Point of Sale (POS)
- Experience within credit risk analytics and strategy
- SQL experience
- A strong university degree in a numerate discipline
