ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and develop Tableau dashboards across commercial and operational teams
  • Deliver insights on pricing, revenue performance, and client engagement
  • Build pricing and renewal models to support contract strategy and revenue growth
  • Analyse operational performance, including KPIs, delivery targets, and team productivity
  • Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities within Client Services
  • Support revenue forecasting and risk analysis to guide business decisions
  • Manage inbound data requests and prioritise effectively
  • Present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Maintain and manage the Tableau environment, including permissions and governance
  • Work autonomously to define priorities aligned with business needs
