This is a rare opportunity to join a growing boutique strategy consultancy operating at the intersection of research, insight, technology and commercial strategy. You'll work directly with senior clients and founders, helping global technology businesses solve complex growth challenges while gaining significant responsibility, influence and exposure in a high-performing team.

The Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will take ownership of key project workstreams, managing research and strategy engagements from design through to delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading multiple consulting and research workstreams across complex B2B technology projects.
- Designing research methodologies, discussion guides and project frameworks.
- Conducting qualitative interviews with customers, industry experts and senior stakeholders.
- Synthesising research findings into compelling strategic recommendations.
- Developing high-quality reports, presentations and client deliverables.
- Building clear project storylines and presenting findings to senior decision-makers.
- Managing client relationships, project timelines and delivery milestones.
- Mentoring junior consultants and supporting capability development within the team.
- Contributing to proposal development, thought leadership and business growth initiatives.
- Supporting the development of AI-enabled consulting products, tools and workflows.
- Working closely with senior leadership in a flat, collaborative environment.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience within strategy consulting, market research, insights or brand strategy environments.
- Expertise working on B2B technology-focused projects.
- Experience leading research and strategy workstreams from design through delivery.
- Strong qualitative research, analysis and storytelling capabilities.
- Ability to transform complex findings into actionable commercial recommendations.
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management and client engagement skills.
- Genuine interest in technology, AI and emerging market trends.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth consultancy environment.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving.
