The Role
/n
As a CRO Analyst, you will support and deliver conversion rate optimisation initiatives across key digital platforms.
/n
Responsibilities include:
/n
/n
- Analysing customer behaviour to identify opportunities to improve conversion and user experience
/n
- Using tools such as heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis, and user research to generate actionable insights
/n
- Designing, coordinating, and evaluating A/B tests and other experimentation programmes
/n
- Prioritising optimisation opportunities based on commercial impact and customer insight
/n
- Working closely with Trading, Product, Design, and Digital teams to implement improvements
/n
- Monitoring performance, measuring ROI, and reporting on testing outcomes
/n
- Conducting competitor analysis and market research to support optimisation strategies
/n
- Contributing to the ongoing development of a mature test-and-learn culture
/n
/n
/n
Your Skills & Experience
/n
/n
- Strong commercial experience within CRO, eCommerce analytics, or digital optimisation
/n
- Hands-on experience with CRO platforms such as Contentsquare, AB Tasty, or similar tools
/n
- Understanding of customer journey analysis, UX principles, and online user behaviour
/n
- Comfortable interpreting data and translating findings into business recommendations
/n
- Experience presenting insights and test results to stakeholders
/n
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
/n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving digital environment
/n
/n
/n
Desirable:
/n
/n
- Experience with Google Analytics, Excel, or other web analytics tools
/n
- Understanding of SEO principles
/n
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com
/n
/n
