ABOUT THE BUSINESS
This leading media and publishing group operates some of the UK's most recognised digital and print brands, reaching millions of readers daily. The business combines premium journalism, data-driven marketing, and innovative digital platforms to deliver engaging content and customer experiences. With a strong emphasis on collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement, the organisation fosters a culture where ideas are shared freely, and every team member contributes to strategic decision-making.
THE TEAM
You'll join a high-performing CRM and marketing technology function responsible for customer engagement across digital, print, and subscription products. The team includes Senior CRM Managers, CRM Managers, Developers, and Designers working closely together to plan, build, and optimise multi-channel campaigns. THE ROLE
This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on delivering high-quality CRM campaigns and data workflows through Adobe Campaign Classic (recently migrated from Standard). You'll play a key part in developing sophisticated, data-led customer communications across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels. Key responsibilities include:
- Consulting on projects to ensure optimal use of Adobe Campaign and CRM data workflows.
- Building, testing, and deploying campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Designing and maintaining detailed data workflows and audience segmentation logic.
- Collaborating with CRM Managers and stakeholders on campaign strategy, targeting, and testing.
- Performing QA, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with Adobe Support when needed.
- Maintaining templates, workflow documentation, and campaign governance.
- Supporting both day-to-day tactical campaigns and larger strategic projects, such as churn prevention and behavioural triggers.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3-5 years' experience using Adobe Campaign Classic or Standard.
- Strong technical understanding of data flows, segmentation, and workflow automation.
- Experience within a subscription or membership-based environment preferred.
- Confident communicator – proactive, collaborative, and comfortable contributing ideas.
- Skilled in QA, campaign testing, and stakeholder communication.
- Knowledge of split testing, audience targeting logic, and journey design.
- Familiar with Jira and working within Agile environments.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) – Hightouch experience is a bonus.
WHY APPLY?
- Join a leading UK media group with a rich digital transformation agenda.
- Be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking CRM team.
- Opportunity to shape sophisticated, data-led marketing programmes.
- Exposure to major subscription brands with a customer base of over half a million.
- Balanced workload across tactical campaigns and strategic innovation.
