This is a senior, high impact role for an analytics consulting leader who wants to shape a growing advisory capability rather than step into a fixed, plug and play position. You will sit at the centre of complex client engagements, combining strategic problem solving, senior stakeholder leadership, and hands on delivery to drive measurable commercial outcomes.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead complex, analytics driven consulting engagements from problem definition through to value realisation.
- Act as the primary senior client contact, building trusted relationships and guiding executive decision making.
- Shape analytical approaches across modelling, experimentation, business analytics, and insight activation.
- Oversee multi workstream delivery teams, setting quality standards, governance, and delivery cadence.
- Drive commercial growth through opportunity identification, proposal development, and account expansion.
- Contribute to practice building through reusable assets, delivery frameworks, and thought leadership.
- Mentor and develop consultants and analysts, supporting capability growth across the practice.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong commercial experience leading analytics or data consulting engagements within financial services.
- Proven ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of areas such as credit risk, portfolio management, fraud, pricing, or customer analytics.
- Confidence operating with senior stakeholders, including executive and board level audiences.
- Commercial acumen across scoping, pricing, and managing profitable consulting engagements.
- Familiarity with modern data environments, analytical tools, and visualisation platforms.
