The Role You will lead the enterprise data, analytics, architecture, AI, and core technology functions, ensuring data and systems provide measurable value across the business. Key responsibilities include: Defining and delivering the enterprise data and technology strategy Leading data engineering, analytics, enterprise systems architecture, and IT teams Driving organisation-wide AI adoption, governance, and enablement initiatives Establishing data governance frameworks, standards, and best practice Owning enterprise data platforms, architecture decisions, vendor relationships, and technology roadmaps Building scalable reporting and analytics capabilities to support executive decision-making Partnering with senior stakeholders to align data and AI initiatives with business objectives Leading high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement Overseeing technology investments and ensuring clear business value and ROI Your Skills & Experience Proven leadership experience across enterprise data, analytics, architecture, and technology functions Strong background in cloud data platforms and modern data ecosystems Experience shaping and delivering enterprise-wide data strategies Demonstrated success leading business transformation through data and AI
