VP Enterprise Data
In this role you will lead enterprise data, technology, architecture, and AI strategy within a well-established, data-led organisation. Significant investment has already been made in data platforms, AI capabilities, and enterprise systems, creating a strong foundation. The focus now is on bringing teams together, creating alignment, and unlocking greater commercial value from those investments. The Role As VP Enterprise Data you will create a single vision across Data & Analytics, Engineering, IT, Salesforce, and Architecture.You will inherit a large multidisciplinary team and be responsible for aligning previously separate functions, accelerating delivery, and ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business outcomes.
Lead Data & Analytics, Engineering, IT, Salesforce, and Architecture functions.
Develop and execute the enterprise data, technology, and AI strategy.
Create alignment across technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
Drive adoption and governance of AI across the organisation.
Own enterprise architecture standards, data governance, and analytics capabilities.
Support the delivery of a true 360-degree customer view across the business.
Improve understanding of customer behaviour, product usage, and commercial performance through data.
Enable more personalised marketing and more effective sales engagement.
Support product teams with real-time customer and usage insights.
Oversee internal data platforms, reporting capabilities, and enterprise systems.
Make informed build-versus-buy decisions and manage technology roadmaps.
Deliver quick wins while establishing long-term strategic direction.
Build trust, accountability, and momentum across multiple functions.
