Senior Consultant - Research and Strategy Consulting
London (Hybrid) | Up to £100,000 + bonus
We're partnering with a growing specialist strategy consultancy to appoint a Senior Consultant to help global technology businesses make better strategic decisions and unlock growth.
This is an opportunity to work on high-impact challenges, collaborate directly with senior client stakeholders and turn deep customer insight into commercially meaningful recommendations.
The role
Lead multiple workstreams across complex strategy engagements, managing delivery, timelines and budgets.
Design research approaches and lead qualitative fieldwork, interviews and analysis.
Translate qualitative and quantitative evidence into clear, commercially grounded recommendations.
Develop compelling client presentations, shape the overall project narrative and lead client sessions.
Support and mentor colleagues, contribute to proposals and identify opportunities for further client work.
Help shape and test AI-enabled tools designed to transform strategic advice.
What we're looking for
5+ years' experience in management consulting, research consultancy, strategic insights or strategic design.
Strong experience working across B2B and/or B2C technology.
A track record of leading workstreams and delivering high-quality, insight-led recommendations.
Excellent qualitative research, analytical thinking, storytelling and presentation skills.
Strong commercial judgement, attention to detail and confidence working with senior clients.
An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine curiosity about technology and AI.
The package
Up to £100,000 base salary, depending on experience.
Performance-related bonus, typically 20-30%, with higher potential for exceptional performance.
