SENIOR ANALYST, COMMERCIAL STRATEGY LONDON | UP TO £75,000 + 10% BONUS + 7% MATCHED PENSION This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded analyst to influence the growth and profitability of a lending portfolio within a fast-growing financial services business. You'll work at the intersection of analytics, pricing, strategy, and business performance. THE COMPANY They are an innovative consumer lender that has successfully built a profitable lending business across personal loans and credit cards. With continued investment in products, technology, and analytics, they are focused on delivering sustainable growth while improving customer outcomes. The business is increasingly leveraging AI and advanced analytics to support decision-making across the organisation. THE ROLE Deliver analysis focused on growth, profitability, and portfolio performance Assess how lending products perform and identify opportunities to improve returns Support pricing, acquisition, and customer management strategies Track key portfolio metrics and provide insight into commercial performance Partner with the Head of Loans and senior stakeholders across the business Use data and AI tools to automate reporting and accelerate analysis Help shape the future commercial direction of the loans portfolio YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Strong commercial experience within consumer lending, credit cards, or motor finance Experience in commercial strategy, portfolio analytics, pricing, product strategy, acquisition strategy, or customer management Experience evaluating profitability and portfolio performance SQL or similar coding experience Ability to build concise analytical narratives and communicate findings to senior business stakeholders Enthusiasm for leveraging AI in day-to-day analytical work WHAT THEY OFFER Salary up to £75,000 Annual bonus averaging 10% 7% matched pension contribution Hybrid working with three days per week in the London office Opportunity to influence key commercial decisions Collaborative environment with strong leadership and growth plans
