Lead data processing and operational delivery across research projects
Build automation solutions using Python, SPSS, and AI tools
Improve data workflows, reporting processes, and operational efficiency
Support researchers with technical challenges and large datasets
Develop scalable tools and repeatable solutions for ongoing projects
Work closely with research, data, and technology teams to drive innovation
Your Skills & Experience
Strong SPSS and quantitative data processing experience
Python or scripting experience for automation
Experience using AI tools to solve business problems
Ability to manage and analyse large datasets
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience improving workflows through automation
