The Role
You will lead a team of analytics professionals while remaining closely involved in the technical delivery of analytical projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching, and developing a team of analysts and technical specialists
Shaping the analytics roadmap and partnering with senior stakeholders to prioritise business needs
Developing frameworks to measure operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Delivering hands-on analysis, including experimentation, statistical testing, and operational insight generation
Influencing senior leaders through data-driven recommendations and strategic thinking
Automating manual processes and improving analytical ways of working
Supporting AI and chatbot initiatives by building operational context and measurement frameworks
Providing insight into the performance and adoption of internal AI tools and copilots
Driving a more structured, scalable approach within a fast-moving operational environment
Your Skills & Experience
Strong commercial experience in analytics leadership and people management
