The Role
As the Operations Analytics & Insight Lead, you will be responsible for leading operational analytics strategy while remaining close to delivery. This role combines people leadership, stakeholder management, technical analytics, and process improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and developing a team of analysts, supported by analytics engineering resources
Defining and delivering the analytics roadmap across operational functions
Partnering with senior stakeholders to prioritise work and influence strategic decisions
Developing frameworks to measure operational performance, efficiency, and customer outcomes
Delivering hands-on analysis using SQL, experimentation, and statistical techniques
Designing and implementing robust measurement methodologies and performance frameworks
Automating manual reporting and analytical processes to improve scalability
Supporting AI and automation initiatives through analytics, measurement, and operational insight
Providing reporting and insight on chatbot, copilot, and AI-enabled operational tools
Establishing best practices and raising analytical standards across the function
