I'm hiring a CRM Manager for an established international online gaming and sportsbook business, helping drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue across key European markets.

The CRM team works closely with commercial, acquisition, and product functions to maximise customer engagement and long-term value.
The role
Reporting into the Head of CRM, you'll take ownership of CRM activity across Sportsbook customers in the UK and selected European markets.
This is a managerial role, with two CRM Executives reporting into you, but it remains highly hands-on.
You'll be responsible for planning, executing, analysing, and optimising campaigns while helping shape retention strategy across the business.
- What you'll be doing
- Build a deep understanding of customer behaviour and segmentation across the Sportsbook customer base.

- SMS
- Push notifications
- In-app messaging
- Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Monitor daily player activity and deliver targeted promotions and offers.
- Develop and optimise automated customer journeys and trigger-based campaigns.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and personalisation strategies.
- Work closely with Acquisition, Compliance, and other teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
