The Role and Deliverables
- Lead social listening projects using Brandwatch to uncover customer and brand insights.
- Analyse online conversations and sentiment to identify key behavioural trends.
- Deliver actionable insights to support client research and pre-launch initiatives.
- Work alongside the existing research team to integrate social listening into broader insight programmes.
- Help develop and embed digital analytics capabilities within the organisation.
- Support client-facing insight delivery through clear reporting and recommendations.
- Your Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with social listening platforms, ideally Brandwatch.
- Proven ability to analyse and interpret online consumer behaviour data.
- Experience delivering actionable insight for brands and commercial stakeholders.
- Understanding of customer research methodologies and insight generation.
- Knowledge of search analytics and SEO data would be highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently within a consultancy or agency environment.
