The Role and Deliverables

  • Deliver social listening research using Brandwatch to uncover consumer trends, sentiment, and behaviours.
  • Support the development of a new social listening and digital insights offering for clients.
  • Conduct search analytics research to identify online behaviour and emerging market opportunities.
  • Contribute to pre-launch research projects for client campaigns, products, and innovations.
  • Translate complex digital and consumer data into clear, actionable insight.
  • Work closely with the existing insights team to strengthen digital research capabilities.
  • Your Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in social listening and online consumer research.
  • Hands-on expertise with Brandwatch or similar social listening platforms.
  • Experience working with search analytics, SEO, or digital insight methodologies.
  • Ability to identify and interpret patterns in online consumer behaviour.
  • Experience delivering insight-led recommendations to internal or external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently within a remote consulting environment.
